So the box is little different and with Sharp written on the front. Inside is a card explaining that the pencil replicates Sharp's first pencil. Nowhere Platinum is mentioned (on the pencil there is only "Japan 05" instead of "Platinum Japan 05". As for copying designs I tend to think they all just sort of influenced each other like we see with vehicles, clothing, etc.Kiwi-dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04092604091185842213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21675608.post-68829177404930125502010-04-09T13:18:26.720+12:002010-04-09T13:18:26.720+12:00Did people take ideas off of others designs, or di...Did people take ideas off of others designs, or did they all happen to make a similiar looking pencil and, in Keeran/Hayakawa's case, similiar names.Glassjawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10746951330620476841noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21675608.post-9715165564275915542010-04-09T07:16:13.041+12:002010-04-09T07:16:13.041+12:00Hi Stephen.
